Retreat Purpose

Many times as a pastor in New England, you may feel drained from the struggle to minister to the spiritual needs of others while caring for your own family.

The Pastor’s Encouragement Retreat is a time set aside for you and your spouse to renew spiritually. You will spend quality time interacting with an experienced leadership team and other New England pastors, returning home encouraged and with a renewed zeal for ministry!

Liz Curtis Higgs

Liz is an award- winning speaker, best-selling author, Bible teacher, and radio personality. Articles about Liz have appeared in more than 250 major newspapers and magazines, and she has been interviewed on more than 600 stations.

Duffy Robbins

An accomplished author, columnist, and ordained minister, Duffy has spoken at retreats, conferences, and workshops for youth workers and at major Christian music festivals like Creation, Cornerstone, ICHTHUS, and Blackstump.

Doug Berky

Doug Berky has been creating and evolving his own brand of physical theater for over thirty years. His original performances are an intricately woven fabric of Commedia Del Arte, mime, mask theatre, clowning, circus arts, and storytelling.

Sam McElroy

A gifted encourager and singer, Sam McElroy is the Sr. Adult Minister for Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, TN. Sam is the former Music/Administration Minister and Associate Pastor at the First Baptist Church in Milan, TN.


The total cost of the retreat is $350 per couple. This cost covers lodging for two nights, two breakfasts, one lunch, the banquet and the retreat. If you are a pastor in the New England area, a scholarship may be available for you and your spouse.
