The host of the Pastor’s Encouragement Retreat, Phil Waldrep is the founder and president of Phil Waldrep Ministries. He is a popular speaker, author, and host of numerous events, including Celebrators for senior adults, Women of Joy, Connect for students, and Gridiron a conference for men.
The Pastor of First Baptist Orlando, David grew up in Arkansas, where his father pastored several churches during David’s formative years. Later, he felt the call to ministry himself and has been pastoring churches continuously since 1976.
A gifted encourager and singer, Sam McElroy is the Executive Director for Phil Waldrep Ministries in Decatur, Alabama. Sam is the former Music/Administration Minister and Associate Pastor at the First Baptist Church in Milan, Tennessee.
The total cost of the retreat is $300 per couple. This cost covers lodging for two nights, two breakfasts, one lunch, the banquet and the retreat. If you are a pastor in the New England area, a scholarship may be available for you and your spouse.
